Yes, Betty Buzz is certified Kosher.
No, Betty Buzz contains no sulfites.
Betty Buzz is suitable for vegans.
Our products don’t contain any common allergens like milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soybeans.
Bottles
Our Tonic Water, Ginger Beer, Sparkling Lemon Lime and Meyer Lemon Club Soda Bottles have an 18 month shelf life. Grapefruit is 12 months due to the high percentage of real grapefruit juice we use.
Cans
Our Sparkling Lemon Lime, Meyer Lemon Club and Grapefruit Soda Cans have a 12 month shelf life.
We do recommend refrigerating Betty Buzz for the best experience. That said, you can store our sparkling waters at ambient temperatures (below 80ºF)—but we recommend that you consume them after they have been chilled.
All Betty Buzz products are fully pasteurized to comply with food/beverage safety regulations.

We typically process orders within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, USA orders typically take 3-7 business days to be delivered. Canadian orders, once shipped, typically take within 5-14 business days to be delivered. Canadian customers are responsible for the payment of applicable import duty fees and taxes associated with their delivery.
Due to the fact that our orders process quickly, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been placed.

Betty Buzz is only sold in the U.S. and Canada right now. But we will likely continue to expand internationally soon.
We don’t accept returns of product or exchanges. But if your order was damaged in-transit or you received the wrong order, please reach out to our customer service team immediately by emailing hello@bettybuzz.com.
Yes, sediment is normal and safe. It’s a natural occurrence in liquids that contain real juice and natural ingredients. If sediment has settled, gently tilt the bottle upside down until the liquid color and consistency is uniform again.
