This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed when you visit or make a purchase from the bettybuzz.com website (the “Site”).  At Betty Buzz, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Policy.

Personal Information You Provide: We collect Personal Information when you place an order, sign up for our mailing list, or otherwise communicate with Betty Buzz. The Personal Information collected during these interactions may vary based on what you choose to share with us, but it will generally include name, telephone number, email and physical addresses, and financial information necessary to ensure payments can be processed by our e-commerce provider Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”). Personal Information We Receive Automatically From Your Use of the Site: When you visit, use, and interact with the Site, we may receive certain information about your visit, use or interactions. For example, we may monitor the number of people that visit the Site, peak hours of visits, which page(s) are visited, the domains our visitors come from (e.g., google.com, yahoo.com, etc.), and which browsers people use to access the Site (e.g., Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc.), broad geographical information, and navigation pattern. Compliance with California Law

The Personal Information we maintain (as described herein), will be provided to you upon reasonable request within forty-five (45) days unless we inform you that additional time is needed to comply with your request. You can request your Personal Information for any purpose, including to request that we correct the data if it is inaccurate or delete the data if Betty Buzz is not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may decline to process requests that are frivolous/vexatious, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law. We may also decline aspects of deletion or access requests if we believe doing so would undermine our legitimate use of data for anti-fraud and security purposes as described earlier. This Section, along with the entirety of this Privacy Policy, is intended to conform to the disclosure, notice, privacy, and other related provisions of the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (as may be amended from time to time).  We will not discriminate you for exercising their rights under the CCPA.

California Shine the Light Law: If you reside in California, you have the right to ask us one time each year if we have shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make a request please submit an inquiry to the address set forth in the Introduction above.

Do Not Track

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Your Choices

In certain circumstances providing Personal Information is optional. However, if you choose not to provide Personal Information that is needed to use some features of our Site, you may be unable to use those features. You can also contact us to ask us to update or correct your Personal Information.

Your Rights

Minors

Our Site is not directed to children who are under the age of 13. Betty Buzz does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to Betty Buzz through the Site, please contact us and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

The Site may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by Betty Buzz, including social media services (“Third Party Sites”). The information that you share with Third Party Sites will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of service of the Third Party Sites and not by this Privacy Policy.
