We collect information that alone or in combination with other information in our possession could be used to identify you (“Personal Information”) as follows:
Personal Information We Receive Automatically From Your Use of the Site: When you visit, use, and interact with the Site, we may receive certain information about your visit, use or interactions. How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

In certain circumstances, we may share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Compliance with California Law
California Consumer Privacy Act: You have the right under California law to request your Personal Information, subject to certain reasonable restrictions. The Personal Information we maintain (as described herein), will be provided to you upon reasonable request within forty-five (45) days unless we inform you that additional time is needed to comply with your request. You can request your Personal Information for any purpose, including to request that we correct the data if it is inaccurate or delete the data if Betty Buzz is not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may decline to process requests that are frivolous/vexatious, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law. We may also decline aspects of deletion or access requests if we believe doing so would undermine our legitimate use of data for anti-fraud and security purposes as described earlier. Do Not Track
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
In certain circumstances providing Personal Information is optional. However, if you choose not to provide Personal Information that is needed to use some features of our Site, you may be unable to use those features. You can also contact us to ask us to update or correct your Personal Information.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access Personal Information we hold about you and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
Our Site is not directed to children who are under the age of 13. Betty Buzz does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to Betty Buzz through the Site, please contact us and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
Links to Third Party Sites
You use the Site at your own risk. We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect Personal Information both online and offline from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, Electronic Communications sent to or from us may not be secure. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via the Site or Electronic Communications. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any Personal Information to Betty Buzz via the Internet. In addition, we are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site, or Third Party Sites.
